He also showed me some used, or scratch and dent items that were virtually like new, and created a package deal of sorts which allowed me to have a discount. He was involved, giving me helpful feedback, but not pushy or intrusive. It took me some time to decide on the particular desk that would work best for my space, and he worked with me through the process, encouraging me to bring in my flooring and paint samples to make sure it all matched well.
